Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Intellectual Property Associate Attorney to join its Naples, FL office. The role focuses on patent prosecution and IP litigation within a collaborative team, offering exposure to a broad range of IP matters.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of IP experience, a JD, USPTO registration or eligibility, an active U.S. bar, and a technical background in computer science or electrical engineering. Excellent academics and strong client-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered to practice before the USPTO, or eligible to sit for the registration examination.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• 1–3 years of experience in intellectual property law.
• Technical background, preferably in computer science or electrical engineering.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and client service skills.

Responsibilities
