BCG Attorney Search in Grand Rapids, MI seeks an Intellectual Property Associate to join a dynamic team handling patent, trademark, and other IP matters, including prosecution and litigation. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years IP experience, is registered to practice before USPTO or eligible, and holds a JD with strong academics.

A technical background in CS or EE is preferred; excellent attention to detail and client service are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in the U.S. and USPTO eligibility or registration.
• Active bar membership in at least one state.
• 1–3 years of IP law experience.
• Technical background in computer science or electrical engineering preferred.
• JD degree completed with excellent academics.

Responsibilities
