BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Associate to join a Salt Lake City Intellectual Property practice, focusing on patent preparation and prosecution for diverse technologies.

The ideal candidate has a JD, admission to the state bar, at least three years of patent-focused experience, strong writing and communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to managing a complex patent docket. You will work with inter-office teams to support litigation and strategy.
