Meter is seeking an IoT Engineer in San Francisco, CA, to blend mechanical design with embedded firmware development. In this role, you'll create mechanical assemblies and develop the firmware that connects them to the digital realm.

We welcome those with backgrounds in Mechanical or Firmware Engineering who want to own the entire product lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and strong proficiency in 3D CAD tooling and embedded systems.

Qualifications

• Highly proficient in mechanical design or firmware development.
• Hands-on experience with 3D CAD tooling and drafting.
• Proficiency in embedded systems and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype mechanical enclosures and structural components.
• Develop and maintain embedded code for ARM based CPUs.
• Collaborate with teams for system integration and testing.
