Better Ventures is looking for an Embedded Systems Lead to drive the architecture and development of advanced IoT solutions in Milpitas, CA. You’ll work collaboratively with R&D, Hardware, and Portal teams to design scalable embedded systems and integrate hardware with cloud platforms using C/C++. The ideal candidate will also troubleshoot complex issues and guide cutting-edge projects in this fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and at least 1 year of experience as a Software Engineer, along with strong skills in Linux Administration, Python, AWS, and embedded systems.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Software Engineer or in a related role.
• Hands-on experience with LoRaWAN gateways and embedded systems.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop robust IoT systems in collaboration with R&D, Hardware, and Portal teams.
• Design and implement embedded firmware for microcontroller-based systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in MCU-based systems.
