Job summary

Quectel Wireless Solutions is seeking a technically skilled engineer to act as the first line of support for customer inquiries, diagnosing issues and guiding them through design up to mass production. You will build deep expertise across Quectel's product portfolio and contribute to reference designs and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first responder for customer technical inquiries and diagnose issues remotely or on-site.
• Develop deep expertise across the company's product portfolio and propose hardware-software solutions tailored to customer use cases.
• Engage during prototype design, providing schematic review, PCB layout guidance, antenna matching advisory, and RF optimization.
• Collect and synthesize customer pain points; drive SDKs, documentation, tools, and reference designs improvements.
• Take ownership of the customer's product lifecycle end-to-end, from design-in to mass production and post-sales support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Managers and R&D to feed back market requirements and share knowledge.
