Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Market Development Engineer in San Jose, CA. You will support customers on low power IoT wireless SoCs and ARM-based processors, mentored by senior staff, and drive design wins through solution selling and technical leadership.
You will collaborate with sales and support teams, apply engineering ROI concepts, and organize customer events while maintaining relationships with suppliers. Hybrid work arrangement and competitive benefits are offered.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software/design/FAE roles or equivalent.
- Guides others in resolving complex issues and shares best practices.
- Trains and mentors junior staff in technical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer engineering support and solutions to promote demand creation.
- Collaborate with sales to align technical resources with customer needs.
- Lead technical design discussions and influence architecture choices.
- Participate in supplier trainings and technology evangelism.
- Architect and present technical plans and evidence of value to customers.
