Sitemetric seeks a Field Tech II to support customer deployments of IoT sensor systems at construction sites. You will install, configure, and maintain wireless infrastructure, ensuring reliable data capture and real-time insights for project decisions.

The role requires in-person work at local job sites across the US, with travel as needed. Experience in construction tech and certifications like CompTIA A+/Network+/OSHA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience installing and deploying industrial sensor technologies (environmental, motion, proximity, BLE, NFC, LTE, RFID, or similar).
• 2+ years in construction technology, industrial automation, or similar field deployed technology environments.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, OSHA 10/30.
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms and data integration.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills on diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and install IoT sensor systems at customer sites.
• Configure wireless networks and test system integration.
• Diagnose issues and perform on-site troubleshooting.
• Document field activities and report to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Manage field operations and travel logistics.
