Job summary

The Intersect Group is assisting a large client in Irving, TX, to hire a Product Manager focused on IoT device monitoring. You will help shape product strategy, prioritize backlog, and collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver scalable asset monitoring solutions.

Ideal candidates have 4-5 years in product management, are coachable, and comfortable working on high-visibility initiatives across a national asset network.

Qualifications

• Targeting 4-5 years of Product Management experience.
• Willing to be coached and developed.
• Do NOT submit senior PMs (8+ years).

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of fuel operations and asset management across a large scale network.
• Support initiatives to optimize fuel system platforms and improve data flow and reporting.
• Contribute to product roadmap planning and backlog prioritization based on business value and stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver high quality product enhancements.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and value delivery.
• Assist with integration efforts related to loyalty programs, mobile applications, and payment platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset management processes, including maintenance tracking and documentation.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on product vision and execution.
