Job summary

GetWireless is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to work on-site in Eden Prairie. You will manage sales orders, support customers via phone and email, and assist with new account setups and quotes while coordinating with sales and supply chain teams.

The role requires a business-focused education, 2+ years in customer service with a tech product line, and strong IP networking knowledge. On-site role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing/Sales.
• Associates degree with 5 years relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years in Customer Service with a technical product line.
• Strong technical aptitude in IP Networking and Public Wireless Data Technologies.
• Ability to become product certified.
• Experience with Value Added Resellers, OEMs and end customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be organized and manage time effectively.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Sales order process management including order entry and status updates
• General account maintenance including credit issues and tax certificates
• Assist with new account setups, quotes, etc.
• Handle inbound calls for the assigned territory
• Maintain customer relationships with timely follow-up
• Collaborate with RSE and ISR to drive territory coverage and forecast accuracy
• Use CRM daily to gather data on contacts, accounts, registrations and opportunities
