Job summary

Bevi is seeking a Technical Services Specialist to join our Technical Services Team. You will troubleshoot Bevi machines, assist customers by phone and email, and cooperate with internal teams to drive process improvements.

You must be able to maintain a consistent schedule of 11am-7pm CT / 12pm-8pm ET and deliver an exceptional customer experience with strong ticket management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot Bevi machines via phone and email.
• Strong customer-service mindset with focus on issue resolution.
• Experience with CRM/ticketing systems and ticket management.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve troubleshooting processes to enhance customer experience.
• Troubleshoot Bevi machines and non-routine failures with guidance.
• Guide installations and preventative maintenance for Bevi systems.
• Lead remote troubleshooting via phone and email (training provided).
• Support upsell and inbound inquiries; route to internal teams.
