Qualifications
- Ability to learn hardware and software systems to troubleshoot Bevi machines.
- Proficient in independent judgment to guide stakeholders and provide steps.
- Strong writing and verbal communication.
- CRM/ticketing familiarity is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assess troubleshooting processes and recommend improvements.
- Troubleshoot Bevi machines and support non-routine failures.
- Guide installations and preventative maintenance.
- Lead remote troubleshooting via phone and email.
- Support upsell inquiries and route to sales.
- Communicate insights to engineering and partners.
- Assist with contract questions and system usage analysis.
