This hands-on leadership role requires deep expertise in Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit, with a track record in banking-related apps, onboarding, and secure money movement.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience designing and building complex software systems.
• - 2+ years leading Agile teams.
• - Proficiency in Swift and native iOS development tools (SwiftUI, UIKit).
• - Experience in consumer banking including onboarding and account management.
• - Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and third‑party libraries.
• - Experience with agile methodologies.
• - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• - Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
• - Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
