Qualifications

• Over 10–12+ years of experience designing and building complex, production-grade software systems.
• Experience leading Agile teams for mobile projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mobile team to design, build, test, and deliver iOS and Android applications for banking clients.
• Communicate with leadership, product owners, and clients to align priorities and ensure architectural quality.
• Guide technical direction, review code, and ensure high-quality outcomes even when not coding.
