Job summary

Notion is building the iOS platform that helps engineers ship confidently. As Notion’s mobile team grows, we’re turning the first generation of mobile foundations into a durable platform: clearer architecture, ergonomic testing, dependable observability, and faster CI/CD.

This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (Anchor Days) to think and build together in person.

Qualifications

• Deep iOS engineering experience at scale.
• Platform or infrastructure experience on mobile CI/CD, testing platforms, or shared frameworks.
• Strong architectural judgment with trade-offs for easy maintainability.
• Ability to partner with product engineers and gain adoption for platform APIs and standards.
• Experience using AI tools and agents to improve developer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Make the iOS platform agent-ready with reliable build/run/test/iterate workflows.
• By year-end, define how iOS features are built and shipped with developer tools.
• Raise reliability and release quality by improving systems for regressions, incidents, and observability.
