Job summary

Notion is hiring to build the iOS platform that helps engineers ship confidently. As Notion’s mobile team grows, we’re turning the first generation of mobile foundations into a durable platform: clearer architecture, ergonomic testing, dependable observability, and faster CI/CD.

This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and seek someone excited to collaborate with mobile AI and core product engineers to shape the

Qualifications

• Extensive iOS engineering experience at scale.
• Platform/infrastructure experience on mobile CI/CD, testing platforms, build systems, or developer tooling.
• Strong architectural judgment across iOS patterns and trade-offs.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally with product engineers and other teams.
• Experience using AI tools and agents to boost productivity and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Make the iOS platform agent-ready with reliable build, test, and release workflows.
• Define how iOS features are built and ship developer tools by end of first year.
• Raise the bar for reliability and release quality across builds, tests, observability, and CI/CD.
