Job summary

Notion is building the iOS platform that helps engineers ship confidently. As our mobile team grows, we’re turning the first generation of mobile foundations into a durable platform: clearer architecture, ergonomic testing, dependable observability, and faster CI/CD.

This role is broad—you’ll shape the iOS stack end to end, from shared frameworks and build systems to release quality, with opportunities to work across our shared Rust layer and AI infrastructure for mobile development.

Qualifications

• Extensive iOS engineering experience at scale.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD, build systems, or shared frameworks.
• Strong architectural judgment and pattern selection.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally without authority.
• Experience using AI tools to augment development.

Responsibilities

• Make iOS platform agent-ready with dev tools, testing, and observability.
• Define iOS feature architecture and ship developer tools within first year.
• Improve release quality and reliability across builds, tests, and CI/CD.
