Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a mobile growth engineer to own iOS growth surfaces from install to upgrade. You will design, implement, and analyze experiments across onboarding, activation, and retention, shipping push and lifecycle messaging with measurable impact.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, Monetization, and Marketing to translate behavioral signals into durable product surfaces, embracing fast experimentation and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping consumer iOS apps at meaningful scale.
• Strong native iOS skills and willingness to flex across the stack.
• Experience owning full release cycles, tooling, and store reviews.
• Proven ability to run multiple experiments in parallel with clear outcomes.
• Familiarity with attribution and measurement stacks for mobile.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own growth surfaces across the mobile funnel on iOS.
• Lead experiments from hypothesis through instrumentation to rollout.
• Own in-app purchase, paywall surfaces, and pricing experiments.
• Build push and lifecycle notifications to improve retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and Marketing on growth initiatives.
