Job summary

MLabs is hiring a Growth Engineer to lead growth initiatives across our consumer crypto-focused product. You will own experiments from concept to production, collaborating with Growth and Product to ship features that boost engagement and retention on web and mobile.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, rapid iteration, and ownership from day one. You will design and run growth experiments, build in-product mechanics, optimise acquisition funnels, and work cross-functionally to prioritise

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience delivering features end-to-end.
• Experience building modern web applications and APIs.
• Confident working independently and driving projects from concept to production.
• Solid understanding of experimentation, analytics and product-led growth.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools as part of workflow.
• Interest in fintech, consumer products or Web3 is advantageous, with crypto exposure a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and launch growth experiments across web and mobile.
• Run A/B tests across onboarding journeys, features and conversion funnels.
• Create in-product growth mechanics like notifications and referral incentives.
• Optimise user acquisition funnels from landing pages to attribution.
• Collaborate with Product and Growth to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Ship features end-to-end across frontend and backend systems.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate delivery and improve efficiency.
