Job summary

Gismart ищет опытного iOS разработчика для разработки и поддержки мобильных приложений на Swift и SwiftUI. Ваша работа будет включать совершенствование архитектуры, внедрение модульности и тесное взаимодействие с командой для достижения высоких показателей качества.

Ключевые задачи: миграции, интеграция Kotlin Multiplatform, работа с REST/GraphQL и CI/CD; желание внедрять инновации и использовать ИИ-инструменты в повседневной работе.

Qualifications

• 4+ лет опытa профессиональной iOS-разработки
• Сильное владение Swift и современными языковыми возможностями
• Опыт работы с Swift Concurrency (async/await) и реактивным программированием (Combine)
• Опыт коммерческой работы с SwiftUI и UIKit
• Глубокое понимание iOS-архитектуры, жизненного цикла приложений и фреймворков
• Опыт работы с MVVM, Clean Architecture, модульной архитектурой и переиспользуемыми компонентами
• Умение самостоятельно разрабатывать и внедрять сложные технические решения
• Опыт работы с REST API, GraphQL, асинхронной сетью и мультитредингом
• Знание Xcode, Instruments, SPM, CocoaPods и Fastlane
• Понимание публикации в App Store, подписи, provisioning, TestFlight и релиз-менеджмент
• Опыт работы с флагами функций, удаленной конфигурацией и A/B тестированием
• Опыт CI/CD и автоматизированного тестирования
• Практический опыт использования ИИ-помощников по кодированию в повседневной разработке

Responsibilities

• Разработка, поддержка и модернизация iOS-приложений на Swift, SwiftUI и UIKit
• Определение архитектуры кода iOS с акцентом на масштабируемость и модульность
• Проектирование и реализация эффективных, тестируемых решений
• Подготовка существующих приложений к постепенному переходу на Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Миграция части бизнес-логики и общих компонентов в KMP
• Сотрудничество с Android и другими инженерами над общей архитектурой и API
• Изучение технических задач и предложение архитектурных решений
• Устранение сложных проблем, оптимизация производительности и потребления памяти
• Проведение code reviews и ведение технической документации
• Поддержка CI/CD и процессов релизов
• Сотрудничество с Product managers по техрешениям, планированию и оценке
• Предложение технических и продуктовых улучшений
• Активное использование инструментов ИИ и инженерных агентов в повседневной разработке

Описание: Gismart develops mobile apps in the Health & Wellness, Utilities, and Music markets, with over 1 billion downloads worldwide. Its Radiotech product builds music apps that make learning and playing music approachable, with 23 apps across iOS and Android and over 500 million downloads.

Задачи:

• Develop, maintain, and modernize existing iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit
• Define and evolve the iOS codebase architecture, focusing on scalability, modularization, and maintainability
• Design and implement efficient, testable technical solutions
• Prepare existing applications for gradual adoption of Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Migrate selected business logic and shared components to KMP
• Collaborate with Android and other engineers on shared mobile architecture and APIs
• Research technical challenges and propose architectural solutions
• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance and memory usage
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
• Maintain and improve CI/CD and release workflows
• Collaborate with Product Managers on technical solutions, planning, and estimation
• Proactively suggest technical and product improvements
• Use AI coding tools and engineering agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar in the regular development workflow

Требования:

• 4+ Years of professional iOS development experience
• Strong proficiency in Swift and modern language features
• Strong experience with Swift Concurrency (async/await) and reactive programming such as Combine
• Production experience with SwiftUI and UIKit
• Strong understanding of iOS architecture, application lifecycle, and platform frameworks
• Experience with MVVM, Clean Architecture, modular architecture, and reusable components
• Ability to independently design and implement complex technical solutions
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, asynchronous networking, and multithreading
• Familiarity with Xcode, Instruments, SPM, CocoaPods, and Fastlane
• Understanding of App Store submission, signing, provisioning, TestFlight, and release management
• Experience with feature flags, remote configuration, and A/B testing
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing
• Practical experience using AI coding assistants and engineering agents in daily development
