Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Интеграция AI‑функций с бэкендом и анализ лучших практик UX.
• Участие в продуктовых решениях, оценка технических аспектов и формирование дорожной карты.
• Менторство инженеров через код-ревью и оптимизацию процессов команды.

• Own features end-to-end, from technical design through deployment, and monitor their impact in production


• Lead the migration of the iOS and Android domain from platform-specific code to KMP-first code while continuing to ship features


• Integrate AI-powered features with the backend team and evaluate best practices for user experience


• Contribute to product decisions by assessing technical areas, weighing trade-offs, and helping shape the roadmap


• Mentor engineers through code reviews and improve team processes

Требования

• Significant experience building native Android apps with Kotlin and Compose


• Experience organizing end-to-end feature delivery


• Comfort using AI tools to automate workflows while maintaining quality and safety


• Strong code quality standards and pragmatic product judgment


• Focus on user experience and product metrics


• Ability to explain complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical partners and document technical topics
