Job summary

Family Care Center in the North Denver region is seeking an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Provider to deliver high-quality Evidenced Based care to clients in an outpatient setting.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, facilitate group sessions, and collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to support recovery. A Master’s degree and state licensure are required, with no on-call or weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Three years of mental health experience preferred, IOP experience preferred.
• State licensure required: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Evidenced Based care in outpatient setting.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and promote recovery.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
• Monitor progress and maintain documentation per standards.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Mentor psychology technician and oversee IOP track operations.
