Job summary

Clinica Family Health & Wellness is seeking an Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Therapist in Lafayette, CO to provide trauma-informed group and individual therapy within an integrated program.

The role involves carrying a caseload of 10-15 clients, leading IOP groups, assessing readiness for higher levels of care, and maintaining compliant EHR documentation while collaborating with the treatment team for program delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated use of ACT, DBT, IFS and CBT in a clinical environment.
• Collaborative, hard worker, client-centered approach, trauma-informed.
• Growing background, passion and desire to work in a community mental health center.

Responsibilities

• Carry individual therapy caseload of 10-15 clients.
• Facilitate multiple weekly IOP therapy and skills-building groups.
• Screen and assess clients for readiness to join the program and participate in a higher level of care.
• Maintain client electronic health record and documentation in accordance with BHA regulations.
• Collaborate with a team to plan, execute and run intensive programs and groups.
