Family Care Center in Colorado Springs is recruiting an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Provider to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in an outpatient setting. The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to support patients’ recovery and progress.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field, 3 years of mental health experience (IOP preferred), and current licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field.
• Three years of experience in mental health; IOP experience preferred.
• State licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT required.
• Experience using evidence-based treatments for anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify mental health and substance use issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote recovery and address client needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers for coordinated care.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
