Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and administrative workflow for the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
• Maintain accurate program records, attendance, rosters, referrals, and documentation.
• Track group capacity and patient start/end dates for scheduling accuracy.
• Communicate with clinicians, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up on missing attendance records and ensure documentation standards are met.
• Assist with non-clinical IOP communications and tasks as directed by the IOP Manager.
