Horizon Health is seeking an IOP Program Coordinator (Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW or Licensed Professional Counselor LPC) to oversee our Intensive Outpatient Program at Crossbridge Behavioral Health in Montgomery, AL. This role requires supervising staff, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring high-quality, compliant behavioral health care for families and patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree required.
• Active LCSW or LPC license in Alabama required.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of behavioral health disorders and crisis intervention.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiar with state and federal health regulations.
• Proficient in applicable software applications; reading complex instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee implementation and QA of behavioral health interventions, ensure compliance and documentation.
• Coordinate daily operations of the IOP, train and supervise PRN therapists, manage scheduling.
• Engage with clients and families to support adherence and recovery; community outreach.
• Coordinate care with families and outside resources; handle crisis calls and evaluations.
• Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
