Universal Health Services’ Metropolitan Behavioral Health in Dearborn seeks an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Social Worker (MSW with LMSW license) to perform case management, group therapy and assessments in an evening program.

The role focuses on IOP (Mon/Wed/Fri 4:00–7:00 PM) and PHP support (Tue/Thu 8:00 AM–2:30 PM), working closely with the Outpatient Director to coordinate referrals and care for patients with behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• MSW degree with LMSW license required.
• 1-3 years experience in a psychiatric health care facility.
• Experience in family and group therapies and crisis intervention.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform case management, group therapy, assessments and referrals.
• Support IOP and assist PHP as needed.
• Coordinate with the Outpatient Director and care team.
