Wedgwood Christian Services in Grand Rapids, MI seeks an Outpatient Clinician to facilitate adolescent IOP groups Tue-Thu 3:30-6:30 pm at our NE satellite office, providing therapy and casework across presenting concerns, in office, telemedicine and community settings.

You will conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, document in EMR, participate in supervision and team meetings, and collaborate with psychiatry to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience providing individual, family, and/or group counseling preferred.
• Must provide proof of limited or full license in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Responsabilités

• Conduct intake assessments for counseling and complete required paperwork.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy for assigned clients.
• Maintain documentation in the EMR, including progress notes and client files.
• Participate in supervision with the Clinical Supervisor and in team meetings.
• Develop Treatment Plans, Quarterly Reviews, and Discharge Summaries; coordinate transfers/discharges.
