Michiana Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The role is designed for weekend and holiday coverage with flexible hours and virtual + in-person treatment options.
Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, case management, group/individual/family sessions, aftercare coordination, and accurate documentation. Licensure in SSW or LMHC/LCSW is required; weekend/holiday availability is essential.

Our IOP is experiencing growth and significant expansion; we will now be able to offer treatment to individuals in need 365 days a year. This program utilizes both virtual and in-person treatment. The position is designed for weekend and holiday coverage only. We offer highly flexible working hours including a weekend off every quarter. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving those with behavioral health and substance abuse issues.
