Job summary

Arrowhead Behavioral Health, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a Master-level Social Worker for our outpatient IOP team in Maumee, OH. The role involves counseling individuals, facilitating groups, and developing therapeutic plans within a medical setting, with a focus on discharge planning for patients and families.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 5pm–11pm. MSW with LSW or LISW license preferred; training available for new graduates.

Qualifications

• MSW required and licensed (LSW or LISW).
• Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu 5pm–11pm.
• Willing to train a new graduate excited to learn.
• Strong verbal and written communication; diplomacy and discretion essential.

Responsibilities

• Counsels individuals and facilitates groups on psychological or emotional issues and develops treatment plans.
• Works with patient and family to create a discharge plan.
• Participates in the multidisciplinary treatment team to discuss patient care and discharge goals.
