Job summary

Virginia Family Wellness is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to lead IOP groups and support PHP as needed. This role offers clinical autonomy, a collaborative team, and opportunities to grow into supervision and leadership within a boutique behavioral health practice.

Most sessions are virtual, with PHP in person, and a clear path to full-time as programs expand. The successful candidate will facilitate IOP groups on set days, participate in curriculum design with the Clinical Director,

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia in good standing
• Master's Degree in Counseling
• Experience with group facilitation (IOP/PHP) preferred
• Ability to design curriculum and collaborate with leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead IOP groups (two or more sessions) in a safe, empathetic environment
• Support PHP sessions when needed, in person
• Design engaging, evidence-based group topics with Clinical Director
• Coordinate intakes, schedules, and documentation
• Manage risk assessments and crisis responses with leadership
