Behavioral Health Group (BHG) in Fort Collins, CO seeks a Counselor to lead the IOP program and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth operations. You will engage referral partners, support outreach, and contribute to program growth with new processes and adoption of evidence-based approaches.

The role requires licensure in LPC, LADAC, LCSW, or LMSW (or enrollment toward licensure). Expect a demanding yet rewarding environment with a strong focus on patient care and outcomes.

Qualificações

• Must hold one of the listed licenses (LPC, LADAC I/II, LCSW, LMSW).
• If not fully licensed, candidates must be enrolled in or begin licensure.
• Strong communication, crisis management, and client-service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary ambassador for the IOP program.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, case managers, and support staff.
• Engage referral partners and community organizations to build awareness.
• Contribute to program growth through new processes and implementation.
• Provide input to leadership on visibility and effectiveness.
• Deliver program curriculum (Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, CBT) 3 hours/day, 4 days/week.
• Conduct admissions using ASAM criteria and ensure eligibility.
• Maintain accurate, complete patient documentation.
