Job summary

Health Connect America in Knoxville, TN seeks an Intensive Outpatient IOP Facilitator to perform assessments and facilitate IOP group sessions, as well as individual and family programs. The role requires using approved therapeutic modalities and timely documentation to support billing and clinical care.

Qualified candidates will hold a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and have 2+ years’ experience with co-occurring disorders or 3 years with licensure track.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• 2+ years’ experience in addictive/co-occurring disorders or 3 years’ experience and licensure track.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake screening and assessments.
• Provide psychoeducational programming and didactic content.
• Lead IOP group sessions and individual/family sessions.
• Maintain census and schedule assessments and admissions.
• Maintain CPR certification and TB testing as required.
• Assist PD/IOP Coordinator with business development and marketing tasks.
