Health Connect America, Inc. is seeking an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Co-facilitator to support the IOP Facilitator and IOP Coordinator in intake, group facilitation, and individual/family sessions.

The role includes weekly family education programs, documentation, and participation in treatment planning and supervision. State-specific Tennessee requirements apply, including a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist in intake screening and assessments as assigned.
• Co-facilitate IOP groups with evidence-informed modalities.
• Conduct individual and family sessions as needed.
• Lead weekly family education programs and related activities.
• Document census, scheduling, and assessments for admissions.
• Maintain CPR and TB testing certifications as required.
• Support business development and administrative duties as needed.

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

High school diploma with some relevant post high school education or training
