INTRANERVE NEUROSCIENCE is seeking an experienced IONM professional to join our Milwaukee-area team. You will perform preoperative assessments, set up and calibrate neuromonitoring equipment, and provide continuous intraoperative monitoring to support surgeons and care teams.

The role requires CNIM certification, a bachelor’s degree or ABRET eligibility, and strong communication with OR staff. Expect a full-time schedule in an operating room setting with opportunities for ongoing professional

Formación

• Active CNIM certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree or ABRET eligibility.
• Proficiency with IONM equipment and data analysis across modalities.
• Strong communication skills with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and OR staff.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preoperative patient assessments and planning with surgical team.
• Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot neuromonitoring equipment.
• Provide real-time intraoperative monitoring (SSEPs, MEPs, EMG, EEG, BAEPs).
• Interpret waveforms and account for anesthesia effects.
• Communicate findings to interpreting physician and OR team during procedures.
• Complete post-operative technical reports and billing documentation.
