Job summary

IntraNerve Neuroscience, a clinician-founded, privately held company, seeks an experienced CNIM-certified IONM professional in Wisconsin to support surgeons and healthcare systems. You will perform preoperative assessments, set up and monitor IONM equipment, and communicate real-time findings to the team during procedures.

The role involves on-call rotations, travel within local facilities, and ongoing professional development to advance clinical standards and patient care.

Qualifications

• Active CNIM certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or ABRET eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform preoperative assessments and coordinating monitoring plans with surgical team.
• Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot IONM equipment.
• Provide real-time intraoperative monitoring using SSEPs, MEPs, EMG, EEG, BAEPs.
• Analyze electrophysiological data and interpret waveforms.
• Communicate findings to interpreting physician and surgical team.
• Complete post-operative reports and documentation.
• Maintain equipment and manage on-call rotations.
• Develop relationships with surgeons and OR staff.
• Participate in QA projects and continuing education.
