Job summary

This on-site role collaborates with equipment engineering, integration, and vendors to ensure process capability and qualification of changes.

The position emphasizes rapid learning, efficient workflow via inline metrology, and strong analytical skills in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Materials, Physics, or related field).
• 2+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with implant process ownership or development OR equivalent military experience, OR Associate degree with 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn.
• Agentic AI to help developed efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own ion implantation process development and sustainment, including process specs, control plans, and inline metric targets.
• Drive yield and defect improvements using SPC, data analysis, and structured root cause techniques.
• Lead process change reviews, risk assessments, and qualifications for new or optimized implant processes.
• Collaborate with equipment engineering, integration, and vendors to align process requirements with tool capability.
• Improve learning speed and cycle time through innovative use of inline metrology and data-driven monitoring.
