Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in industrial, maintenance, shipyard, fleet, or RMC environment.
• Experience coordinating tasks or workflows within a large technical organization.
• Experience gathering operational information and translating it into insights for leadership.
• Experience supporting senior leadership or HQ staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming taskers and assign to appropriate activities.
• Track progress from assignment to completion to ensure timely execution.
• Gather operational and maintenance data from Navy stakeholders and translate into insights for leadership.
• Develop governance documents, policies, and process descriptions for DPAE IO operations.
• Provide analytical support across DPAE IO and leadership teams.
