Viking Electric in Minneapolis is seeking an Invoicing Specialist/Biller to join the Accounting team. You will generate and process customer invoices for job management and direct billing, ensuring timeliness and accuracy while partnering with project sales to meet client needs.

Invoicing Specialist/Biller

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job type: Full time

Schedule: Standard Daytime hours, Monday-Friday

Salary: $23.00 - $30.00/hr

*Compensation for this position includes hourly salary, $1000 target short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.

Join Viking Electric's Accounting team and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely customer billing. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and partnering across teams to support successful project billing.
