Qualifications

• Previous experience as an invoicer, bookkeeper, or similar position.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices and transactions accurately in QuickBooks.
• Process accounts receivable.
• Prepare company reports via QuickBooks and Excel.
