We are inviting applications for the role of Invoice to Cash - Assistant Manager – Finish - Remote EMEA.
The Analyst, S&T Back-Office Settlement, is primarily responsible for ensuring that S&T invoices are processed and sent in a timely and accurate manner according to the customer’s invoicing agreement and country regulations (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland), following the S&T Back Office Settlement process.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all monthly invoices and reports are processed and sent to customers in a timely manner as per contractual terms using internal systems.
- Reconcile all grid invoices and pass-through costs.
- Transmit cash instructions to the Finance team (AP/AR).
- Liaise with counterparties, and internal teams such as Front Office, Contracts, Middle Office & Collections to resolve settlement discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with the accounting team on revenue recognition.
- Reconcile payable and receivable against bank accounts and follow up with customers and suppliers.
- Follow up on requests from customers and suppliers’ inquiries, communicating effectively with the business.
- Maintain attention to detail and manage multiple tasks, ensuring all trade economics and discrepancies are investigated and resolved, while managing client expectations and potential exposure.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the trade lifecycle and associated cash flows by interacting with Traders and Middle Office.
- Maintain shared outlook mailbox, responding promptly with accurate information to both external and internal customers.
- File and label all contractual correspondence and emails following Documentation retention processes.
- Assist in providing information related to SOX controls for Internal/External Auditors.
- Communicate efficiently with business partners, team members, and management.
- Knowledge of electricity markets would be an added advantage.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- MBA/ PGDBM / B. Com (Finance / Accounting)
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience of relevant years or more.
- Ability to work independently without significant supervision.
- Good communication skills for liaising with clients and internal departments.
- Degree level or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in Commodities Settlement is preferable.
- International experience is preferable.
- Fluency in Scandinavian (Finnish) and English, both verbal and written; Finnish language skills are an advantage.

Day Shift – 08:00 AM to 4:00 PM Norway local time.
