Job Opening: Invoice to Cash (Generalist) - Manager – Swedish - Remote EMEA

The Analyst, S&T Back-Office Settlement, is responsible for ensuring that S&T invoices are processed and sent accurately and timely, in accordance with customer agreements and regional regulations (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland), following the S&T Back Office Settlement process.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure timely processing and sending of all monthly invoices and reports to customers using internal systems.
  2. Reconcile all grid invoices and pass-through costs.
  3. Transmit cash instructions to the Finance team (AP/AR).
  4. Coordinate with counterparties and internal teams such as Front Office, Contracts, Middle Office & Collections to resolve settlement discrepancies.
  5. Collaborate with the accounting team on revenue recognition.
  6. Reconcile payable and receivable against bank accounts and follow-up with customers and suppliers.
  7. Address customer and supplier inquiries, communicating effectively with the business.
  8. Maintain attention to detail, manage multiple tasks, and investigate discrepancies, managing client expectations and potential exposure.
  9. Understand the trade lifecycle and cash flows by interacting with Traders and Middle Office.
  10. Manage shared Outlook mailbox, responding promptly and accurately to external and internal stakeholders.
  11. Archive contractual correspondence and emails following documentation retention policies.
  12. Assist with SOX controls and liaise with Internal/External Auditors.
  13. Communicate efficiently with business partners, team members, and management.
  14. Knowledge of electricity markets is an advantage.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

MBA/PGDBM/B. Com (Finance/Accounting)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in Commodities Settlement and international markets preferred.
  • Fluency in Scandinavian languages (Swedish/Norwegian) and English; Finnish is an advantage.
