We are inviting applications for the role of Invoice to Cash - Assistant Manager – Danish - Remote EMEA.

Role Description

The Analyst, S&T Back-Office Settlement, is primarily responsible for ensuring that S&T invoices are processed and sent in a timely and accurate manner according to customer invoicing agreements and country regulations (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland), following the S&T Back Office Settlement process.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure all monthly invoices and reports are processed and sent to customers promptly as per contractual terms using internal systems.
  2. Reconcile all grid invoices and pass-through costs.
  3. Transmit cash instructions to the Finance team (AP/AR).
  4. Liaise with counterparties and internal teams such as Front Office, Contracts, Middle Office & Collections to resolve settlement discrepancies.
  5. Collaborate closely with the accounting team on revenue recognition.
  6. Reconcile payable and receivable accounts against bank statements and follow up with customers and suppliers.
  7. Handle customer and supplier inquiries, communicating effectively with the business.
  8. Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, investigating and resolving discrepancies while managing client expectations and potential exposure.
  9. Interact with Traders and middle office to understand the trade lifecycle and associated cash flows.
  10. Maintain shared outlook mailbox, responding timely with accurate information to external and internal customers.
  11. File and label contractual correspondence and emails following documentation retention policies.
  12. Assist with providing information related to SOX controls during audits.
  13. Communicate efficiently with business partners, team members, and management.
  14. Knowledge of electricity markets is an advantage.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

MBA/PGDBM/B. Com (Finance/Accounting)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently without significant supervision
  • Good communication skills for liaising with clients and internal departments
  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in Commodities Settlement (preferable)
  • International experience (preferable)
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (verbal and written); Finnish is an advantage
