Job summary

Liberty Home Care and Hospice is seeking an experienced Invoice Entry Analyst to manage invoices across Home Health and Hospice branches, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will enter invoices, attach supporting documents, and coordinate approvals to maintain smooth AP operations.

The role requires 1–3 years in AP or administrative finance, familiarity with document management and ERP/AP systems, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or admin finance.
• Healthcare experience (Home Health or Hospice) preferred.
• Experience with document management systems and ERP/AP systems.
• Basic understanding of general ledger structure and financial coding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage high-volume workload across multiple branches.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and follow-up skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Receive, track, and organize invoices from Home Health and Hospice branches.
• Review invoices for completeness (vendor name, amount, supporting docs).
• Enter invoices into Laserfiche with accurate approval sheets.
• Ensure all supporting docs are attached and compliant with AP standards.
• Route invoices to branch administrators for approval.
• Monitor invoice workflow queues for timely approvals.
• Follow up with branch admins on delayed approvals to prevent delays.
• Identify bottlenecks or recurring approval issues and elevate.
