Job summary

The role requires coordinating with multiple departments, maintaining efficient invoice approvals, and delivering strong customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter and control invoices in MSC IT systems.
• Act as liaison between different departments within the accounting group.
• Take document and customer service responsibility for all invoices handled.
• Maintain efficient processes associated with invoice approvals.
• Follow up on implementation of recommendations and improvements.
• Establish and maintain a positive relationship with both internal and external customers.
• Presence required on-site 5 days per week.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.
