Come Near is seeking an Investor Relations Stewardship Manager to lead stewardship across the investor portfolio, reporting to the Director of Philanthropic Engagement. The role focuses on building reliable stewardship systems and maintaining relationships with our Visionary Investor Family.

You will collaborate across Creative, Finance, Research, and Content to ensure timely acknowledgments, personalized touchpoints, and data-driven storytelling that demonstrates the impact of generosity.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in nonprofit development, major gift stewardship, philanthropic relationship management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience stewarding principal-level or high-capacity investor relationships, with a track record of building trust over long cultivation arcs.
• Strong understanding of transformational philanthropy, including multi-year commitments, family foundation relationships, and generational giving.
• Exceptional organizational and systems-building ability — build stewardship infrastructure and maintain it with consistent excellence.
• Strong written communication skills and editorial judgment; advise on investor-facing content and ensure it reflects relationship context.

Aufgaben

• Lead vision and execution of stewardship strategies and engagement plans established with the Director of Philanthropic Engagement.
• Own and continuously improve stewardship infrastructure across the full investor portfolio with personalized plans for each relationship.
• Own and execute stewardship operations, including acknowledgment letters, mailings, and gift/recognition package management.
• Collaborate with the Investor Relations team on investor gatherings and high-impact cultivation moments.
• Identify opportunities to deepen investor engagement and surface relational insights to inform strategy.
• Lead stewardship plans for the Visionary Investor Family to ensure personalized, timely touchpoints.
• Coordinate prayer touchpoints and prayer-request tracking as part of the stewardship rhythm.
