Standish Management, LLC is seeking an Investor Services Specialist in the San Francisco Bay Area to support client and investor engagement within a growing fund accounting firm.

You will respond to investor inquiries, help onboard new investors, prepare financial and tax information, and assist with audits and reporting while maintaining strong relationships with investors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in a client-oriented office environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, conscientious, and energetic self-starter with ability to think creatively.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to take on any task, no matter how small.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to effectively communicate to team members.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with senior personnel across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and investor requests including but not limited to: granting access to the investor portal, updating investor information, assisting with onboarding, answering financial information questions, and helping with audit documents.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects such as financial and tax reporting, capital calls and distribution tracking, and wire preparation.
• Compile and organize investor CRM information with updated client details.
• Coordinate with technology to set up client portals and run AML reports and update AML database.
• Provide general administrative support to the engagement and onboarding teams by generating reports and updating systems.
• Assist in financial reporting, tax preparation, audit prep, and other fund administration activities.
• Engage in project management of team deadlines and client requests.

Job description

Exciting opportunity for a client services professional to join a rapidly growing fund accounting firm. The Investor Services Specialist plays a key role in client engagement, building client relationships and working with engagement teams to provide an excellent experience for our clients and their investors.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and investor requests including but not limited to:
• Granting access to the investor portal
• Updating investor information
• Assisting with new investor onboarding
• Financial information questions
• Assist with completing audit documents
• Assist with ad-hoc projects such as:
• Financial and Tax reporting
• Capital call and distribution tracking
• Wire preparation
• Compile and organize investor CRM information with updated and accurate client information
• Communicate and provide information to the technology team to set up client portals
• Run Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reports and update AML database as needed
• Provide general administrative support to the engagement team and Onboarding team by generating reports, gathering, and providing information, updating systems and other administrative needs
• Assist in financial reporting, tax preparation, audit preparations and other fund administration activities.
• Engage in project management of team deadlines, client requests and other ongoing projects and tasks.
• Responsibly secure and handle sensitive financial and personal datea
• Maintain dialogue and build relationships with client personnel and investors (LPs)

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experience in a client-oriented office environment, preferably in a related industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook

Compensation Ranges Annually (varies By City)

• Bay Area: $65,000 - $70,000
• Portland: $52,000-62,000
• Seattle: $52,000-62,000
• Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
