Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 3–5 years in investor services operations or related field.
• Experience in transfer agency operations, shareholder servicing, fund servicing, or investor services preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting client onboarding, conversion activities, and operational change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct, analyze, and report on investor services and transfer agency operations activities for assigned clients and products.
• Lead client onboarding and internal conversion initiatives across stakeholders.
• Produce and analyze key operational metrics, providing insights to improve service delivery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on investor services operations processes and assist with escalated issues.
• Assist management with day-to-day operational oversight, monitoring controls and implementing improvements.
• Partner with internal teams on strategic projects to improve scalability, efficiency, and client experience.
