The role collaborates with Operations, Technology, Compliance, and vendors to manage reporting activities, support audits and controls, and lead small process-improvement projects that strengthen the client experience and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services, operations, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
• FINRA SIE & Series 99 within 12 months of hire
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of reporting workflows, data feeds, and client communications processes
• Ability to manage deliverables with project and audit work
• Experience supporting audits, controls, documentation, or process reviews
• Opportunity to identify process improvements and controls enhancements
• Attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration with Operations, Technology, Compliance, and external partners
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting systems and data-driven processes
• SQL Server experience is a plus
• Sound judgment within established guidelines
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee reporting deliverables related to client statements, trade confirmations, proxy materials, and prospectus documents
• Analyze workflows, data feeds, and pricing information to identify issues and coordinate resolution
• Serve as a point of contact for assigned processes, platforms, or vendor activities
• Lead smaller projects and support reporting enhancements, workflow updates or control improvements
• Support audits, controls, and procedural documentation for investor reporting processes
• Monitor reporting trends, exceptions, and risks; suggest quality improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues
• Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of system or reporting changes
• Provide guidance to junior teammates on day-to-day questions and process execution
• Contribute to a strong control environment by documenting findings and implementing changes
