Qualifications

• 12–24 months of full‑time work experience in investment banking preferred.
• Finance degree is helpful but not required.
• SIE and Series 79 licensing preferred (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Experience with AI tools such as Rogo, CoPilot, and auxi is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support on public offerings, financing transactions and other financial advisory services for our clients.
• Contribute to business development through research, analysis, and client meeting preparation.
• Work with junior and senior bankers to gain hands‑on experience across deal stages.
• Collaborate across investment banking and sales & trading to drive transaction advisory and deal execution.
• Use AI tools to streamline pitch books and models, and employ Power BI for data-driven client materials.
